Uganda Martyrs’ Day is a national and religious commemoration held annually on 3rd June to remember the Christian martyrs who were executed for their unwavering faith in God. The day is marked by large gatherings, prayers, pilgrimages to Namugongo Martyrs Shrine, and celebrations of courage, faith, and devotion, attracting pilgrims from Uganda and around the world.
